Faulty Corsair HX620w Power Supply

I recently returned a faulty Corsair HX620w Power Supply to Corsair for replacement.

As a resident of the UK I was surprised that I would have to send the faulty unit to the Netherlands. Before I sent it I asked whether I could just send the power supply itself to save on postage or if everything in the box had to be sent back I was told everything in the box would have to be sent back.

This cost me 16329.49 for the postage the cheapest service the post office could offer which was just under half the price of a new power supply. I accept that this was my decision but with costs like these the possibility of the parcel getting lost and the possibility of the manufacturer denying responsibility I think the price would put a lot of poeple off sending it back to them.

I did receive a new power supply which I am happy about and it was sent to me fairly quickly however I still did not feel that I should be responsible for the full postage just because the Corsair did not a ret...

Heart Internet Reseller Package

Just a quick note to inform others about my experience with Heart Internet.
My problem was simple the same script with the same setup was behaving differently on their servers when I contacted support they simply replied that they do not offer support installing or running scripts.
Rather than go back and forth with support until this got sorted I simply dont have the time or the will these days I cancelled the package.
It took over 21 days and several emails to get the refund.
I would also like to point out to others before they part with their cash that the phone number on the site 0845 644 7750 is only for sales Tech Support is only offered via their contact form.
